Views that seem to go on forever. We went for a hike. It was one of those magic late summer days…fabulous weather, blue, blue skies, great company and a beautiful forest. It was a long hike, but this was the reward at the top. Nambe Lake. We plopped down on a rock and ate the bounty we picked up at [...] Poppy is a female Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She weighs about 22 pounds and is about 5 years old. She was examined by a vet and they found that she has a heart murmur. She is on special meds and they are evaluating to see how much it helps. She will probably need special [...] So we grew some garlic this year. I though it was the onions that survived, but no it was this mutant, monster sized garlic. Crazy big. I can’t wait to roast it up tonight and spread it on some toast. Look out for me and my breath for the next while. Mmmmm. [...] |
