Earth laughs in flowers. ~Ralph Waldo Emerson The morning glories are at it again…a bit late this year, but I’ll take them anytime. [...] It must be late summer, because look who came to visit. Bullsnakes. If you have to have a snake in your yard, this is the guy to have. They are expert mousers, eat the rats and to top it off they chase off rattlesnakes. And they are pretty, well to me they are. [...] Next stop was Oakridge for Mountain Bike Oregon. I have no pictures of rides sadly, because I was having too much fun weaving through ancient trees on swoopy, smooth trails in knee deep ferns. You just have to go for yourself and see. It’s like camp for grownups. The trails are amazing. After our amazing [...] The next day we ate more in PDX. At our friend’s fine suggestion, we headed to Pine State Biscuit for breakfast. Oh my.
