We headed up to Durango this weekend for a quick trip. Mostly to go to Ska Brewing’s 16th Anniversary Party, but also to get outta town. After settling into the fabulous Double Tree (more on that later), we dipped the dogs in the river and fueled up for some serious fun. We hopped on the [...] It’s Peen and Mouse. Soooo cute! It’s my first twofer portrait. Now here’s hoping the client likes it. It was funny to paint a portrait of the dogs that was actually bigger then they are. But these two are larger than life. I sure wish I remembered what this flower was. But I of course, thew out the the label. So if anyone out there has a clue, I’d appreciate it. But if nothing else it’s a great color. Flowers that only show up in the fall… 
It was a typical New Mexico weekend…um sort of. First a quick hike with the pooches at the local trails. Shepherds love a good rock to pose on. See, even the white ones like a good rock pose. Then we headed off to Las Golondrinas for the Santa Fe Renaissance Festival. First up [...] |
