I’m going to try to do a 30 day challenge. Actually it’s the second try on this one. 30 days of walking 45 minutes every day. I made it 24 days or so last time. I was inspired by this guy. Anything is possible for 30 days. Right? At least she’s ready for [...] So we make our way up to Portland and all I can think of is food. I love eating and Portland loves making amazing food. Perfect. So the first stop is food carts. There are a bazillion food carts in Portland but we headed downtown to the Alder pod. It was a mecca of deliciousness. [...] First, go visit an amazing art exhibit, or two in my case. I have no photos of them, but that’s better for you, it’s better if you go see them with no preconceptions. But go see them. Next, go pet an absolutely huge, sweet donkey. Then add at huge hike into the mountains.
